Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) at the Barbican, London on 7th October will offer the chance of some genuine benefits and added value prizes for brokers, IFAs, Advisors and introducers.

Several high profile competitions and free prize draws will be run during the event with prizes ranging from a BMW i8 hybrid car for the weekend to a career-enhancing opportunity to win a free professional course registration.

At their interactive workshop, The Institute of Financial Services (IFS) will enter all attendees into a prize draw to win a free qualification registration of their choice from the following: Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER®), Award in Supervising in a Regulated Environment (AwSRE) or Award in Customer Complaints Handling (AwCCH). Normally this would cost £167 so is a terrific prize. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the mortgage market but also the seminars at MBE are accredited to qualify for valuable Cll CPD points.

Mortgage Keeper, the finance software specialists, will automatically enter all delegates in to a free prize draw to win the use of the new hybrid BMW i8 for a weekend. Just pop by their stand and try out the new mortgage broker system, which is designed with and for brokers to better run their business.

There are also a number of free prize draws being run by exhibitors including the chance to win a Fortnum & Masons hamper at the One Savings Bank stand and an iPad draw from Paradigm.

The MBE has over 50 financial companies and industry bodies at the event and is the longest established and the most well respected Expos, having held regular events in London for over 15 years.

Registration for visitors is free and they will have the opportunity to directly discuss the finance and planning needs of their clients with major financial brands such as building societies, specialist lenders, retirement planning providers and industry bodies attending include the FCA, the Equity Release Council and the Society of Mortgage Professionals.

Mike Mikunda, from MBE commented: “We are delighted that so many major players in the various industries we cover are offering up added value competitions, prizes and trials at the Expo. They’ll add to the fun and excitement of the event and I’m sure will prove very popular with delegates.

“The Expo will give IFAs and brokers access to their industry suppliers and product providers. The extensive seminar programme will also add to the value brokers and IFAs can get out of the day, with the opportunity to gain valuable Cll CPD points.

“With so many changes in key finance sectors the MBE will be beneficial for brokers and IFAs to meet with lenders and finance providers as well as, maybe, win a wonderful and useful prize!”
