2017 Seminars

Speakers

The Leeds seminar programme traditionally includes headline speakers from prestigious lenders such as Masthaven Finance, Pepper, Kensington as well as the Leeds, Nationwide and Skipton Building Societies.   Together with industry bodies speaking on the latest regulatory and market developments are the FCA and the Equity Release Council.

The aim of the MBE seminars is to inform and educate introducers of the changing markets while at the same time helping you to find new ways to grow and develop your business and improve your bottom line. Speakers at the seminars are leading industry experts at the forefront of their industries and provide the latest information to keep you right up to date with the latest topics.  Key financial services sectors covered by our seminars can include: secured loans, buy to let finance, bridging, commercial and development funding and new business opportunities in the equity release market.

The MBE seminars are CII CPD event accredited, demonstrating the quality of our events and that they meet CII / PFS member CPD scheme requirements. IFAs, brokers and professional services delegates attending our seminars can pick up valuable CII CPD points which count towards continued professional development.   We also often run a series of interactive workshops where you can meet key industry figures to ask questions about the issues that are important to your finance sector.

The talks complement the topical seminar programme already organised by MBE. There is usually a lunchtime panel discussion for brokers to discover more about commercial, business and development finance, run in association with Aldermore.
